4.How long does production and shipping take?Can you handle urgent deadlines?
The timeline varies based on project scale. Typically, design and manufacturing take 15 to 30 days. International shipping usually requires 20 to 40 days depending on the destination (e.g., US, Europe, or Middle East). We strongly recommend starting the consultation at least 3-4 months before your event opening date to ensure ample time for installation and testing.
However, for urgent projects or massive displays, we offer an On-site Fabrication Service. Our team of artisans will fly to your venue to manufacture the lanterns on-site.
Benefit: This completely eliminates shipping time and ensures zero transport damage.
Note: This is a premium service. The client is responsible for the team’s visa, round-trip airfare, accommodation, and dining costs during the project.
